1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Returns must be approved before sending the item back

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@glozyro.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again
• Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund posts
• Next, contact your bank

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with a photo of the issue.
